I'm using it to block pop-ups from websites (sites with lyrics often have idiotic amounts of pop-ups!) and what's so useful about it, is that you can turn it off and on with a doubleclick in your taskbar, so that when you do want the screen to pop up (for example the Ironworks Preview Post window) it easily lets you do that. I also use Pop-up Stopper. I like it better than anything else out there that I have tried.
