Used to be quite popular in OZ in the early eigthies. Generally it was a fillet steak and half a lobster. Then it started to be changed to suit the particular Chefs styles. A lot of restaurants ended up turning the seafood part of it into a sauce to go with a steak.

My own opinion, but forget the cornflour in this recipe. You wouldn't need it, and any self-respecting Chef wouldn't use it.

Anyway, Fillet Steak and Lobster needs nothing else but a nice green salad with it. You simply can't improve on perfection!
