Last night when I shut down I got the blue screen of death. Now my computer only gets to the login and locks up or gets stuck on loading windows.
How do I fix this problem? Does the Windows XP CD have a repair option. I have not tried anything yet. Just want to see if anyone knows what to do before I reformat and lose all my information.
It is a dell computer.
If I have to reinstall every thing will I be able to go to Dos first to retain information?
