Okay, here's a shot in the dark. Does anyone know if you can search online for corporate filings for a Luxembourg corporation? Thanks for any advice. I'm hitting a brick wall with this one.
Just to clarify: I know the bylaws and articles of incorporation must be filed with the clerk of the commercial registry and that notice must be given in the official journal of Lux. ("Memorial"). So, the information is available -- I just need it online.
