The best cartoon would be The Thunder Cats, memories of a long-past childhood... *sigh* Those were the days [img]smile.gif[/img]
Funniest however... tie between the Simpsons (is getting boring nowadays) and Cowboy Bebop (although it's not really a cartoon) I still think it's damn funny at times.
