Hear Dealis(sp?) isn't really worth having in SoA, In ToB he is a very good char.

A Skald can be very good. The songs help, and they are free! And he can cast some spell removals, so your mage can focus on offencive.
Afetr the spell is cast, just let the skald sing again...So the effect never wears of.
