There's no actual way to do it again unless you use lard and even then they will not come out the same way again.

Cooking them in any way that contains any kind of oil will make them very oily and not edible unless you're plain and simply starving.

The best way to do it is the way you're doing it already. In a Gas or Electric oven in a tray with no grease i.e. oil, butter.
Best of all however is a fan forced oven once again in a tray with no grease.

Best tray for this is a tray with very low sides or better still just place aluminium foil on the grill of your oven or the grill itself but be careful as they can burn rather quickly in the grill if you don't watch them.
Lastly they can dry up pretty quick doing this too so the best way is to try one or two as you go to see when you're happy with them.
