There is an entry at the Internet Movie Database about
Shadow of the Vampire and there is a link there to see a trailer for the film.
It looks like a pretty twisted, kinda funny, interesting movie. Nosferatu was played by Willem Dafoe and he looks a lot like Max Schreck from the original.
