I’ve noticed that in this post and others you are a big fan of one of my heroes.
I have his complete works on my bedside table, always good for a read before sleeping. What a colourful and sad character he was.
What about Banjo? More accessible and fun sure, but Lawson has that melancholy air around his work that i adore ... the drunken sod
