Although you got it now here's a little tip for the future.
If you want to delete a file but keep getting an error message open up the command prompt in windows. Then Click Start/Run and finaly CTRL+ALT+DEL and end Explorer.exe
Once that is done go to the directory the file is in and delete it via the command prompt. Type explorer.exe in the run box and you're back in business.
It may sound a bit complicated but if you do it once it's easy as anything.
