Very mysterious. Try uninstalling and re-installing the "all classes / all alignment" component. If that doesn't fix it, there may well be something messed up locally on your installation. Try reinstalling BG2.

ShadowKeeper doesn't know about custom kits, so you'd have to dig the hex value out of kitlist.2da.
