I generally have a Kadazan Baku accent as I've spent quite some time in Malaysia before. At that time I studied in Chinese school and picked up some of those infamous chinese accent. Which had really annoyed my japanese tutor. She can't stand them. LOL.
However, since I've been to many Asian countries I can easily mask my accent. In China I can speak perfect " Potunghua " and the people there was so suprise that they wouldn't let me go. Same happen to me when I was in Singapore, they all thought I was local.
