Ok. I'm just curious as to what people's voices sound like. Alot of people here on IW have very diverse backgrounds. Some move from place to place, others are born and bred in their home region. So, what accents have you picked up in your travels?
Do you have a Southern US accent coupled with a twinge of nasal Californian drone?
Does your voice have a distinctly central-European linguistic flavour, with undertones of Scouser English?
Personally, I'm a kiwi through and through. Complete with elongated a sounds ('maaaate'), rolled-R's and dulled pronounciation. For example: "That rrradio show is orsome (awesome) maaaate".
So anyways, if you feel you can describe what your accent sounds like in words, then by all means contribute to the enlightenment of the forum and let us all know...
Cheers.
(edit: changed thread title to better reflect my question)
