I've had this happen a LOT. I worked for about two weeks for the dining hall, and they shuffled me down to the basement snack bar for a few days. You wouldn't believe the number of people who'd come downstairs on a cell phone, order during their conversation, and get upset when I thought they spoke to me and not the person on the other end of the line. Doesn't anyone realize that's rude?!
