Might be from the (british) eurorap statistics. You can find them
here. Looks a bit rigged, but the numbers could be ok. Might be worthwhile in thise dicussion to note that germany is pretty much in the middle of the list (while uk tops every list here). Still i'm a little bit unsure if that data is true, comparing it to the 1994 numbers (
austria). The old austria statistic gives 17 fatalities per billion vehicle-km (for uk), eurorap list the number of 2. I guess that's only motorway, but somehow i doubt those numbers are comparable (to other countries in the way it's done). Prolly some uk pro-car activists [img]smile.gif[/img]
