IIRC I found one in the: (spoilers ahead)
*Graveyard District in the Lower tombs in the Spider nest (Pai'Na).

It is also sold in Trademeet (Rafee).

[add] You already have Kitthix so the only place for you to go is *Trademeet* if you are in need of a Spell Immunity Scroll
