* Minsc will definitely want to go to the Umar Hills, and he'll make a big stink about it and can leave the party if you don't go. It doesn't have to be right away, though you do sound ready for it. Does Aerie know Breach yet?
* Do not start Chapter 4 without at least one +3 weapon.
* Your Tanking power is quite considerable, but you have only half a Wizard. You might want to reconsider that. Half a Wizard was fine in BG1, but BG2 is where the fireworks begin.
* The Unseeing Eye quest will kick your ass through about 50 Reloads.
* You definitely don't need another Tank, so Tanking power is almost irrelevant--Jaheira and Keldorn are both powerhouses when it comes to disposing of enemy spellcasters, so it's your pick.
