Robert Blake will be found innocent for lack of substantial evidence, i.e., reasonable doubt. He will walk free and clear. And if no other person is apprehended for the murder of his wife, then he will end up regarded as a kind of mini OJ, albeit it with much less press or attention.

Scott Peterson will fry, guilty as charged, death penalty, for the opposite reason re amount of evidence. Reasonable Guilt.

(sorry the above are court cases that are in America, so may not be known to many here on this forum). CourtTV.com can provide info on both cases though.

That's about the best I could do re predictions that I can think of.
