Prediction by: The Hierophant.

2003 will see a greater entrenchment of camps within the international diplomatic environment. Europe (excluding Britain) shall further solidify itself in an increasingly pro-UN, anti-US stance whilst the US shall seek to cement it's ties with the remainder of the 'Western Sphere' such as Britain, Australia, New Zealand etc. The Arabic world shall unite even more staunchly under a pro-islamic, anti-US banner as the seeming progression of Middle-Eastern invasions by US forces continues. China shall publicly condemn North Korea for it's nuclear brinkmanship yet continue to aid the nation as a buffer-distraction from it's own expansion and military development.
