No. I have already tested all the hardwares: RAM, Video Card, Modem, Sound Card, Hard Disk, Floppy Disk, Power Supply, CD ROM. No problem with them. The bad sectors in one of my HD is NOT the cause of the restarting symptoms of my computer

Still... if your HD has bad sectors, that's bad news... so if that isn't the problem, then that means that's a new problem...
