And people wonder why I
agreed with the case against those supermarket employees in the situation Link discribed. Excessive violence is still excessive violence, regardless of the causes or consequences, and in both cases the responses of the supermarket employees were
way past the point of "reasonable force".
It's too complicated, time robbing and either way rather useless to go into details right now, but I recall an earlier discussion on this subject here on Ironworks; I'll try to look it up.
