Zuvio, I think you made this way more complicated then it needed to be. You should have been able to boot off the windows XP disk, get to
this screen, select your drive, selected 'C' to create a 4GB partition (you may have been able to set up the other partition here too, I'm not 100% sure), installed your copy of XP on the 4GB partition, and then just taken off from there. No weird third party software necessary.
