Ermm... this is not the end of your game.. you can always teleport your group out of there, this is however cheating but it is legatimate when you encounter a bug you don't have control over...

However I'm unfamiliar with ''teleporting'', so you should ask someone else for the specific details how this can be done..

You have all the latest patches installed (SoA,ToB,Baldurash)?
If not, than that could be the answer because than it is probaly a bug that can be fixed by installing the latest patches...
