Aran Linvail is not the only source of a Ring of Protection +2 in SoA( unmodded). [img]tongue.gif[/img] There is one more location where you can obtain this ring.[/QUOTE]The only other one that I'm aware of in an unmodded game is from the Druid stronghold quest. BTW, if you have the Tactics mod installed, I think that the gnome fighter/illusionist in the Docks has one.
