[/QUOTE]Zuv, your one rep max is the maximum amount of weight you can lift one time. This is the number concentrated on when developing strength. You're in sports. Coaches usually want you to do lots of reps with lighter weights to develop endurance and pain tolerance. In sports like wrestling, gaining weight can work against you if you enter a higher class.
