Did you ask him where the hell he got the idea from that you were stealing? I mean: he should have a VERY good reason to accuse you of something like that. If not, he could get into serious trouble for his behaviour against his employees.
Anyway; if I had a boss like that, I would just let him sink in the sh*t real good. I don't take things like that easily, makes my temper go through the roof.
And you're not 'guilty' if you quit. Just tell your boss that you don't want to work for someone who treats his employees badly, and accuses them of all sorts of things. Tell him that if he doesn't apologise, or at least act normal to you, you will quit your job.
