That depends on the game and where I am in it. If it's BG2, I've been spoiled on the game quite a lot by people who didn't use spoiler tags in the old days or who blurted out key pieces info in totally unrelated threads, so I read whatever I run across on that game. IWD, I've been through twice so I read those as well.
For other games, I skip them unless I am at the part that's being 'spoiled' and I am stuck or in need of some guidance, then I read them, at my own risk, so to speak!
In other words, if I get help I need, great and if I get MORE than I wanted, it's my own fault for reading it since I knew it was a 'spoiler' thread.
What I absolutely can't stand is having major spoilers without the warnings! There really are some people, who, like Larry, want the thrill of discovering things on their own! That makes a game alot of fun for many people and being aware of things in advance can take away some of the excitement of the play.
