How do you get Print-Screen to work? I'm trying to get a screen capture of my Norton Internet Security "About" screen for a rebate opportunity, but pressing the PrtScn (Print Screen) key does nothing, nor does hitting it with CONTROL, ALT or TAB! I have a Microsoft keyboard, and Win XP Home.

Any help here is greatly appreciated.
