Epic Endevors is a Total Conversion. Therefore it can not be installed with TDD or The Imoen romance. I question if the romance is compatable with TDD. However, EE can be played with the ease of use, and I believe most of the Tactics Mod. Anything that is non-Weidu will change the dialog.TLK file and is not compatable with stuff that also changes the dialog.TLK file.
If, and this is a big if, the
www.teambg.net forums are up there should be a post in TDD forum or the EE forum about compatability with other mods. As it is your specific problem is probably with TDD and EE and Imoen romance, you'll have to choose.
Also-Imoen doesn't appear in EE, this could also lead to some problems.
