How about Phil?

I think the main thing is to pick a name which has an obvious pronunciation. You don't want a whole bundle of vowels or consonants that are barely pronounceable at all and probably everyone that meets you will pronounce differently. Lueyr and Saeaer both seem a bit complicated to me. Personally I would also pick something that is reasonably easy to spell. Maybe that's because it's short, or has an obvious sound-spelling relationship. But I find it really irritating when people spell my name (either my real one or ones I've made up ) wrongly, so if I can improve my chances, then I will.

I would advise against choosing a name that suits his personality or attributes. Most likely this is the name he was born with, unless elves take on some special name when they're adults or something. Calling him Stan Goldenpants for instance, because he always wears yellow trousers is silly and sounds false. Most people just have normal names, even if they do extraordinary things - you don't want your name to sound contrived.
