I have encounterd a similiar thing, the guy who talks to you about Anomen's trial.. showed up again at the CC... He did Not Initiate dialog with me though.. this was the second time I had encounterd him
A few days later I encounter him again.. saying to me that Anomen has to do his ''trials'' but I already did them succsesfully..
When I installed the Baldurash fixpack, I never encounterd this particular bug again.
