Sorry if it is in your c:\Windows\system or c:\Windows\system32 directory or a couple of others and you are running 2000 or XP you need to give yourself permission to see System or protected files. Normally for most users it is best to leave this disabled. If you really need to see these files open explorer > tools > Folder Options > View > Hide Protected operating system files. The reason this is disabled by default if you delete some of these files programs will not run. If you delete others of these files your computer will not boot! Be very careful.
