Have you tried renaming it zip or rar or ace or some video extentions like avi mpg and such? some free hosts do not allow some kind of files to be put on free web pages. Usually that happens with mp3s, but you never know. One way to avoid automatic deletion of the files / accounts is to rename them into something else when putting them online... maybe that's the case?
