I've just found one on the corpse of a bandit from the improved random encounters (comes with the tactics mod). The group that improves according to your level, that only attack at nightfall within Athkatla.[/QUOTE]Ah, ex-cellent!
Love those bandits, especially the toughest kind. Lately, I've relied solely on them to provide me with cash and Superior Healing Potions
And they're actually somewhat easy to kill if one acts quickly. Especially nice that they also spawn infinitly, since it appears that every single option but the random drop is closed to me.
