And to add a bit to that:
It's actually French "touchè" and means "touched" (literally) or rather "hit" as it comes from fencing and the fact that you fence until the first hit (in one of the before specified regions, e.g. the torso) occurs.
So it basically means: "You win this round" or (more casually) "got me this time"
