there have been "sightings" of the tasmanian tiger for years. unfortuantely I, personally, don't think it's around anymore. in order to have a viable breeding population that could avoid the cripling effects of inbreeding they'd need a lot more territory, which they simply don't have. just add another mark to the tally of what man has killed in our ignorance (yes, I'm a hippy)
but did you know we have not been responsible for the extinction of a single insect species? c'mon people! we've been putting up with mosquitoes long enough!!!
