GokuZool you really should start a new thread. You will get more responses that way. To answer your question though. There are several parts to system preformance. Try removing everything from your startup group and disableing all of those little icons next to your time. Those eat memory and processor time. Also you might want to try adaware(http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/). Also Norton Systemworks can help speed up the system. Try running Norton Windoctor and Disk doctor.

If that does not help it is probably time to reformat and reinstall. Which will clean your registry. On my personal pc I normally reformat it once or twice a year.
