Well if you have the Item Upgrade Mod than you get very similar items.Now here`s my list:

Robe Of The Lasha`kir-Improves casting speed by 5.Usable by:Rangers&Clerics-All Aligments.

Sauruman`s Staff+6-Magic comes out of the Staff.Special abilityes:Time Stop-1x per day,Wish 1x per day,random effects(Wild Surges).Usable by:Mages&Socerers

Silent Blade:Long Sword.Increases backstabb damge by 1.Usable by:Thiefs(All kits)
