Let us assume he DID do it (which I think is untrue): then she cannot UN-do it, can she? So, she can have the moral satisfaction of seeing him in jail for 4 years (he'd get the minimum being a first-time offender, famous, rich, and a nice guy), or she can pay for college and finance the rest of her LIFE for a few million in settlement. Hmmm.... I would hope she'd be smart enought to take the money and run.
If she didn't do it.... well, then we're back to gold-digging aren't we.
