For clubs check out The Opium Room (or Lounge?) -- very nice -- one of the most beautiful clubs i've seen (but La Scala at Kings Cross is another - so you've got good clubs where youre coming from). Miami (other than San Fran and NYC) has the best trance clubs in the country (sorry - I don't have X hookups there - not that you can use anyway). Generally, check the papers for who's got the good specials going on (ladies night, etc). South Beach on a weekend night is a MUST.
There's a GameWorks and several Dave and Busters in Miami (D&B at Dolphin Mall is the newest/nicest). These may be very different and interesting for you -- pool tables, video games, "midway" games all in one location - with bars galore -- virtual golf and virtual battletech are really fun.
I recommend a Harbor Tour, too. While it may be a bit "capitalistic" for you, a harbor tour that goes past Star Island (all home $4 mil and up) is a great way to see how the elite live.
Madonna owns a club on South Beach -- it's called "Oxygen" or "Water" or something like that.
I'm having my wife inquire as to others, so stay tuned.
Oh, and I'll check on "gentleman clubs" too. There's always The Pink Pony -- the choice of women varies, but I have it on good authority from a friend who has used the "service" that you can get "extracirricular" services at TPP if you ask nice and shell out some extra cash. Ooops, did I say that out loud??
