with a level 9-11 party it is hard to take on the twisted ruins goons...
if you have the ring of the ram... you could use a tactic sixofspade has come up with for the twisted ruins... but that tactic will not help you I think...
because you are downright just to low to take on those guys (it is considerd the hardest battle in the game..
)
