I do not think that the steriods point is a very valid one at all.........

Not many footballers take steriods, not many at all. He was fit as a fiddle, and although it was hot in France that day, he would have played in hotter weather back home.

Sometimes people just get unlucky, I believe he was one of those.

Man City have retired the No.23 shirt forever, FIFA have announced they may change the name of the Confederations Cup to the Marc Vivien Foe Cup, and the final on Sunday is going ahead......with all Cameroon players wearing his name on the shirt, and I believe all wearing the number 17 shirt.

It was also revealed he didnt die of a stroke, as initially thought. But he may have slipped into a coma on the pitch.

Very sad, he was a good player, and I enjoyed watching him play.

He also scored the last ever goal at Maine Road.
