Your net ID is going to change and so will the DNS record. Whether your old net ID will route the same anyway depends on how their routing equipment is set up. You probably still have an address in the same block of addys routed to your providers subnet assigned for your physical area. The only change that needs to be made is in the subnet settings on YOUR routers port.
