Had my ancient Greek in school and I know about the proper names. The abbrevs (which are mostly German except for Troy which would be Troja or course) I used because I wanted to tell the story a bit (not too) casually. People get confused fast with stuff like Klytemnaestra and Patroklos so i figured I keep the names as short as possible - my bad.
Thanks on Agamemnon but AFAIK both spellings are possible though yours is the original greek one.
