Ich spiele gern Fussball und (Kegeln) Bowling* und ich finde Joggen spitze und ich jogge viel, aber meine Lieblingsfreitzeitbeschäftigung ist Rugby, weil es anspruchsvoll ist und es Spass macht. Ich finde Rugby hart** und klasse*** und ich finde es nützlich, weil es mich fit macht und es schnell und erhebend**** ist.

Ich spiele Rugby seit 4 Jahren und ich habe angefangen Rugby zu spielen, als ich 11 Jahre alt war, weil mein älterer Bruder es gespielt hat. Ich spiele Rugby zweimal pro woche am Abend*****.

Ich spiele Rugby mit meinen Freunden am Strand und ich spiele für mein Schulteam auf dem Rugbyplatz. Ich habe für ein ortsansässiges Team gespielt, aber es gab nicht genug Spieler ?für an Pendant?.

Ich möchte für Cornwall spielen und ich werde für einen Klub spielen, wenn ich meine Schule verlasse.

Vor 2 Jahren habe Ich für meine Schule im "County Cup" gespielt und wir haben gewonnen. Wir haben gesiegt und ich habe eine Medaille gewonnen. Es war ein fantastischer Tag.

Ich spiele gern Rugby, weil es anders ist, und weil es ein Kontaktsport ist.

Ich würde Rugby jedem empfehlen, weil es einfach zu spielen ist und man sehr wenig Ausrüstung außer einem Ball benötigt. Jedermann, egal welcher Größe, kann es spielen und ein Match (Spiel) kann sehr spannend sein.

* Kegeln is a sport only similar to Bowling as it only uses 9 pins so I would recommend to write Bowling which is perfectly okay in German

Overall it's a nice little text but it limps a bit as German and English are not only different in grammar but also in style.
Little teacher recommendation: Stay careful with upper and lower cases. Keep in mind that "Ich" is not always written uppercase only at the beginning of the sentence. And remember that corresponding words such as "school team" are written together in German: "Schulteam"
