Nope, limited wish is all it takes.
A wild mage can cast any spell he knows through Nahal's reckless dweomer.
( important: He doesnt need to have the spell memorized, just scribed once )
Problem with NRD is, that you allmost always get a wild surge ( bad ).
The spell reference however, provides two pieces of information that make all the worries go away:
1. Improved chaos shield ( +25 bonus to wild surge roll ) stacks if you put it in a contingency. This means +75 bonus. With the mage's lvl added up to that, you can reach over 100 ( 100 means a normal cast )
2. With limited wish, and a wis. of 16 or higher, you -allways- get the option to restore all your spells, which results in the rememorisation of all(I think)
lvl 1 - 4 spells.
Combining 1 and 2, you can cast lvl 9 spells through your NRD
( a lvl 1 spell ) and keep refreshing those lvl 1 spells with limited wish.
Simply cast limited wish through another NRD to be able to cast into infinity.
Another thing worth noting, found in the spell reference,.. is that NRD acts like Improved Alacrity ( ToB-spell ) which means no pauses between casting spells.
So, harnassing the allpowerfull knowledge of the spell reference,.. you're casting lvl 9 spells without pause, to stop only for asking a refill
