I think, with a *little* cheese, the wild mage is our next contender for ectremely powerfull. At highest lvl a wild mage has about 5 - 6 1st lvl spells slots. If he then combines 3 improved chaos shields ( Chain contingency ), he has a 75 point bonus. ( it stacks when in triggers/contingencies )
75 + 31 = 106 , which means a normal effect every time.

NRD behaves like Improved alacrity, so thats 5 - 6 lvl 9 spells cast at alacrity-speed. And then you still have your memorized 4 - 5 lvl 9 spells.

With robe of vecna + amulet of power, this guy has some serieus high lvl casting ability.

( I say 5 - 6 and 4 - 5 because im not entirely sure, i think its 6 and 5,
'cause the wild mage has the xtra spell-slot per lvl of a specialist mage )

Any thoughts/comments ?
