darker shades in the day, and yellow at night, specialy if you plan on Driving any distance at night
the yellow helps knock out light glares that happen at night, and also helps brighten everything, great if you have night blindness like I dothen of course my favorite colors, are red
blue and green, but be warned if you buys these, things change in apperance [img]tongue.gif[/img] my eyes went into shock the first time I took them off after wearing them all day
