LOL! Naw I don't reckon. Look around the eyes, a plush one wouldn't have those little spots there.
It's adorable! The photographer just got lucky getting it looking like it was standing up. In a second it would probably be on its toes not its whole lower leg and another second on all four again. Tuppy used to get her toys and stand on her hind legs for a few seconds when she was a baby too.
