That is true. However, assuming that Ivellis is excelling in all other aspects of selling and the other tasks of his job, I don't think he'll have much to worry about when asking for raises/getting...

A lot goes on in Alberta. Bioware is simply an outstanding company. Some things they do for their staff that was listed included having a full kitchen stocked with food, 3 weeks vacation each year...
